Existing user pain points center around AI accuracy in non-language-based subjects like math and science. To address this, we plan to modify the "prompt" for ChatGPT, specifying it as a function to improve mathematical query resolution.
Need for more customization
Another notable pain point is the need for more customization, particularly in scenarios involving exam questions. Users expressed a desire for the ability to tailor the difficulty level of mock exam questions, allowing for a more personalized and effective learning experience.
General and AI features utilization
In the US, community-based features are prominent, with core content, summaries, presentations, and individual content pieces widely used. AI features like flashcards, quizzes, mock exams, essays, and the AI buddy are also popular among users.
